PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

1. A kitten is considered reserved only after making a deposit of 50%. If the buyer subsequently refuses to purchase a kitten, the deposit will NOT be REFUNDED!!! and it is considered compensation for the maintenance of a kitten and lost opportunities for its sale.

2. After receiving the amount of the deposit for the kitten, the Breeder undertakes to keep the kitten until the moment of its transfer to the Buyer, the period of maintenance is negotiated individually and prescribed in the contract.

3. If the Breeder refuses to transfer the kitten after receiving the deposit, the amount of the deposit is returned to the Buyer in full.

4. All costs of transportation, insurance and requirements of air, auto and railway lines are borne by the Buyer. The breeder is not responsible for the kitten lost or stolen on the way.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

1. The breeder undertakes:

- transfer the kitten to the Buyer after full payment of the animal under the terms of this Agreement with a veterinary passport, in which vaccinations against Feline Infections Enteritis (Panleukopenia), Respiratory viral disease (Rhinotracheitis and Calicivirus), Rabies (Rabies) are mandatory;

- to ensure the inspection of the kitten before sending it to the Buyer by a licensed veterinarian, to carry out treatment against helminths;

- provide a kitten purchased for breeding with a valid pedigree.

- transfer a kitten purchased as a pet to be neutered.

2. The breeder guarantees the quality of the animal, the absence of visible genetic defects at the time of sale, but does not bear any responsibility for the further development of the animal and the success of its exhibition career. The breeder is not responsible for viral and bacterial infections that may affect the animal after sale. The breeder does not guarantee a future exhibition career.

3. The breeder is not responsible for the loss of the animal's qualities due to the Buyer's fault or in unforeseen situations (accident, consequences of a serious illness, inappropriate maintenance, nutrition, etc.). The quality assessment is made at the time of the transfer of the animal.

4. We prefer that the kitten be picked up in person, so the Breeder is not responsible for the quality of cargo transportation or courier delivery of animals and the consequences associated with transportation. The responsibility ends at the time of the transfer of the animal to the cargo or courier.

5. The breeder has the right to:

- in case of non-fulfillment by the Buyer of obligations under this Agreement to demand the return of the kitten.

6. The buyer undertakes:

- keep the animal in quarantine for 14 days;

- keep the animal in clean rooms in a city apartment (own house) in compliance with the necessary sanitary requirements, providing proper care, nutrition, scheduled and emergency veterinary services at their own expense;

- do not allow cruelty to an animal;

- if you have any questions, contact the Breeder for clarification and follow his recommendations;

- in case of serious problems with animals that could later lead to a dispute between the parties, first of all inform the Breeder;

- do not take the animal to shelters, to any research center, laboratory or pet store, give it away or resell it without notifying the Breeder;

- do not perform an operation to remove the claws of the animal "Soft paws"; surgery on the vocal cords; do not apply tattoos and any types of piercing;

- the animal must not be kept in a cage and must have free range within a residential apartment/house.

7. При несоблюдении Покупателем рекомендаций Заводчика, последний не несет ответственность за причиненный животному вред.

8. The buyer has the right to:

- at the request and at the expense of the Buyer, before sending the kitten to the Buyer's house, the Breeder can test the kitten for all infections and diseases of interest to the Buyer. If the Buyer did not exercise this right, then claims for the kitten's health will not be considered in the future.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

1. The rights to breeding work are non-transferable! If a kitten is bought with the right to participate in the breeding program, then in no case can this animal be sold or donated to a third party with the same rights.

2. The animal is transferred to the Buyer for breeding work inside a closed type of private nursery exclusively for personal use. In the case of obtaining a breeding cat, it is not permissible to open the cat for public use and provide mating to other cats of third-party kennels / owners. The buyer undertakes to knit with a cat obtained from the ELVEN DREAM cattery only cats directly belonging to him.

3. It is forbidden to sell kittens for breeding to Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region, to Moscow and the Moscow region, to Ukraine without the consent of the breeder. It is possible to sell castrates (castration surgery/sterilization is carried out by the Buyer before the transfer of the kitten to a new buyer), as pets, to any region without restrictions.

4. In case of acquisition of a kitten of breed-quality, the Breeder does not guarantee a successful exhibition career of the animal in the future. The Buyer cannot make claims to the Breeder in case of unsatisfactory exhibition ratings.

5. In case of purchase of a show-class kitten, the Breeder guarantees the absence of visible genetic defects and disqualifying signs and compliance with the specified class at the time of sale. The breeder is not responsible for the further development of the animal and the success of its exhibition career, which depend on the conditions of keeping and growing in a new home.

6. After signing this agreement, mutual claims on points not indicated in it are considered untenable and are not subject to consideration. The signing of this agreement by the parties means full mutual understanding and agreement of the parties with all its clauses.

7. The owner has been warned and fully agrees that according to the current rules of the kennel and the "Law on Consumer Protection" (APPROVED by Resolution No. 55 of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998), purchased animals are not subject to exchange and return.

8. Amendments to this agreement may be made only by mutual decision of the parties.
